The best experiences I've had for dental work (and unfortunately I've had a fair share). Dr. Ingrid's team was able to get me in for a root canal next day when my dentist told me I would need to see an Endodontist. Their office is amazing, and staff is very thoughtful and friendly. They were able to perform my consult and root canal on the same day! Dr. Ingrid walked me through the entire procedure and made sure I had no discomfort throughout the entire session. I was amazed at how much I didn't feel compared to a cavity filling even. Highly recommend using this team, and wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. Thank you!

I saw Dr. Ingrid for an emergency root canal. She got me in right away, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly patient and thorough. She really wants people to know that root canals don’t have to be scary. Her calm approach put me at ease, and honestly, I didn’t feel a thing. Her attention to detail, plus a personal follow-up call later that day, made me feel truly cared for. I highly recommend 🫶🏼

I was referred to the office for potential root canal treatment on tooth 19 and potential root canal re-treatment on tooth 8 from a trauma I had back when I was in 7th grade some 40 years ago. Turns out tooth 19 may just be a crown issue but tooth 8 needed re-treatment, and badly. There was trapped infection there for years and massive discoloration and it’s kinda set back just a minuscule amount from the rest of my teeth, and that was due to emergency treatment when my tooth was literally hanging by the roots. Dr. Newman and his staff were super attentive to detail, answered every question you could have possibly had and explained the procedure in easy to understand terminology while working directly from your xray impressions. The quick turn around was amazing! I was referred, had my initial consultation and treatment all within the same week, even though I wasn’t in any ongoing pain from the tooth, just annoyance from the ongoing infection. Dr. Newman also did a bleaching treatment on tooth 8 and will be checked on in a week to make sure everything is looking good. The after care is also amazing! I had an excellent experience of root canal therapy in this practice which echoed the name of this office as being endodontic excellence. Dr Greg was very patient, easy to talk with and explained the root issues, recommended procedures and prognosis very clearly with aid of his decades of expertise, more than 30k treatments and 2D 3D advanced imaging technology. He informed me every little steps of the procedure (so I did not fall asleep because I barely felt anything) and personally followed up at the end of the day. This visit proved me that dental visit should not be stressful. Other staffs are very nice and professional. You will definitely be in great hands if you select this practice. They are a patient centered practice.

Dr. Newman and staff made my first root canal procedure pain-free and an overall great experience. His clear, precise responses to my questions and his explanations of the process prior to, during and after treatment were especially helpful. He has a wonderful rapport with his patients and is genuinely interested in their well-being, and there is a great cameraderie among the staff. The follow-up call later that day was proof of his attention to detail and dedication to his patients. This is a medical team that truly understands their vocation in life and proves it through their performance. Certainly a perfect ten and I highly recommend Endodontic Excellence of PA for endodontic services. Job well done!
